I work at the intersection of sexuality education, menstruality and trauma-informed coaching. My work helps individuals, parents, and caregivers build body literacy, relational safety and self-trust. Depending on the need, this happens through coaching, educational programmes like Truthtellers, workshops, and circles.

Hi! I am Shivani, a lifelong learner and a self-development geek. I am an internationally certified, trauma-informed Menstrual Educator, Embodied Cycle Coach, and Sex Educator.
I am passionate about helping people build deeper, sweeter connections with themselves, their peers, and their families, so that they can live their day-to-day lives with joy, resilience, and presence.
My work involves creating programs/workshops/circles that are devoted to cultivating inner knowing and connection; nurturing a wellspring of inner guidance that helps you and/or the young person in your life to navigate life’s challenges and make decisions that align with your truest Self.
