Do you want to find joy in your cycle?
If your answer to any of the questions above was a no, then I say, “Well met!"
It was a few years ago that I realized the extent of my disconnection with my self. I became aware of just how long this had been going on without me really noticing. I had just accepted it as what life was supposed to be like.
What changed was becoming a mother to a daughter who will, one day, start her own cycle. I didn’t want to pass on to her the same disconnection from my body that I lived with. So I went looking for a deeper way to relate to my body.
And I found it.
Try to really consider these questions as you read them.
Do you truly understand your cycle?
Are you able to connect with the cadence of your cycle?
Are you aware of your innate cyclical wisdom?
That search became my work. Now I help other menstruators do the same: turn the cycle from something you endure into a pathway to connection to self.
What is Menstrual Cycle Awareness?
Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) is the practice of paying attention to your cycle as a source of information and connection to self. It is noticing how your energy, mood, libido, creativity, and sense of self shift across the month - and learning to work with that rhythm instead of treating every day like it should feel the same.
When practiced consistently, MCA gives you:
Language for what's been happening in your body all along
A clearer read on your own patterns - mood, energy, cravings, focus
More ease in relationships, work, and self-image, because you're not fighting your own rhythm
A different relationship with the parts of your cycle you've learned to dread
In Sync with Self
This is my signature 1:1 coaching container - built on the Beautiful You Coaching Academy framework, values-led and client-driven. Cycle awareness is the door you're walking through, but the work doesn't stop at your period. Understanding your cycle tends to open up everything else: how you relate to your body, your rest, your self-image. (If that's the piece you're most curious about, go to Embodiment Coaching).
How it works:
Discovery call (20–30 min): We talk before you commit. I want to know what's going on for you, and you should know whether this is the right fit.
Session 1: Where you are (~90 min) - We go deep on your history: your relationship to your cycle, your body, and yourself so far.
Session 2: Where you're headed - We build a clear picture of what you actually want this to look like.
Sessions 3–5: Doing the work - Each session builds on real steps you're taking between calls. We troubleshoot, adjust, and celebrate what's shifting.
Session 6: Closing - We look back at where you started, name what's changed, and close the series with intention.
Offered as a 3-month or 6-month series, depending on what you need.
Who this is for:
You might be a fit if:
You've always found your cycle confusing, frustrating, or something to just get through
You want to understand your own patterns instead of googling them every month
You're ready for sustained work - not a single session, a season of change
You want a coach who's trauma-informed, will hold your history with care, and won't hand you generic wellness language.
