Do you actually live in your body?

It was a few years ago that I realized the extent of my disconnection with my self. I became aware of just how long this had been going on without me really noticing. I had just accepted it as what life was supposed to be like.

What changed things was becoming a mother to a daughter who's growing up in her own body, watching how she was learning to relate to it. I didn't want to hand her the same disconnection I'd inherited. So I went looking for a deeper way to relate to my body.

And I found it.

Most of us learned to think our way through life and treat the body as an afterthought: something to manage, fix, or ignore until it complains loudly enough. Nobody taught us that the body itself is a source of knowledge.

What is Embodiment Coaching?

Embodiment work is the practice of coming back into direct contact with your own body - its signals, its wisdom, its pace - instead of relating to it only through the mind. It's noticing where you've been overriding yourself, and learning to trust what your body is telling you before you talk yourself out of it.

When practiced consistently, this work gives you:

  • More trust in your own instincts, including the ones you've been taught to second-guess

  • A felt sense of your own boundaries, energy, and needs

  • Greater ease in your relationships, your rest, and your sense of self

  • A different relationship with the parts of yourself you've learned to override

In Sync with Self

This is my signature 1:1 coaching container - trauma-informed, values-led and client-driven. Embodiment is the door you're walking through here, and for many women, cycle awareness becomes part of that picture too; the two threads tend to weave together. (If that's the piece you're most curious about, go to - Cycle Coaching).

How it works:

  1. Discovery call (20–30 min): We talk before you commit. I want to know what's going on for you, and you should know whether this is the right fit.

  2. Session 1: Where you are(~90 min) - We go deep on your history: your relationship to your body, and yourself so far.

  3. Session 2: Where you're headed - We build a clear picture of what you actually want this to look like.

  4. Sessions 3–5: Doing the work - Each session builds on real steps you're taking between calls. We troubleshoot, adjust, and celebrate what's shifting.

  5. Session 6: Closing - We look back at where you started, name what's changed, and close the series with intention.

Offered as a 3-month or 6-month series, depending on what you need.

Who this is for:

You might be a fit if:

  • You spend more time in your head than in your body, and you know it

  • You want to trust your own instincts instead of talking yourself out of them

  • You're ready for sustained work — not a single session, a season of change

  • You want a coach who's trauma-informed, will hold your history with care, and won't hand you generic wellness language
